Product issues are the responsibility of our partner Roasters. The Roasters are responsible for product quality and the accuracy of the product description.
A cancelation can be made at any time. However the cancelation request takes 3 days to process. Therefore, if a cancelation is not made 3 days prior to the end of the customers 1 month subscription, it will only affect the renewed payment of the following month. In the case of prepayment for the 3, 6, and 12 month subscription, one must cancel the subscription a minimum of 3 days prior to the end of the full term of the prepaid subscription. Failure to do so will result in a automatic renewal of the next months subscription.
